Synopsis
She once told him how much she loved the rain. He never imagined that one day, he would become the reason she carried that same rain in her eyes.
This poetry explores the guilt of hurting someone you deeply love, the memories that refuse to fade, and the pain of knowing that an apology cannot undo the tears you've caused.
The pillow remembers what the world never witnessed. And he remembers the night he became the reason behind her tears.
The Thought Behind It
Not every heartbreak is about being hurt. Sometimes, it's about realizing that you were the one who caused the pain.
Through the metaphor of rain and tears, this piece reflects on love, remorse, and the weight of memories that time cannot erase.
